Shall the Hay Springs Rural Fire Protection District of Sheridan County, Nebraska, be allowed pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat Sec. 77-3444 to levy a property tax in excess of the levy limit established by Nebr. Rev. Stat Sec. 77-3443 for the fiscal years beginning July 1, 2008, and ending June 30, 2013, to provide funding to maintain general operations.
